	During a Windows Update , only update critical updates, as they are mainly security related...of course Microsoft view of it !
	avoid running IIS on your computer this is microsoft web server, and if not really needed, please disable it. Also note that a lot of free and safer programs like "apache server" can do the same...If IIS absolutely needed, run it on a dedicated server !
	avoid sharing unecessary disks, folders and files.
	avoid pasword that are blank (no pswd), equal to username, admin, administrator, birthdate, family name...
